Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very neat and clean with comfortable double rooms. The parking situation was not an issue during my stay. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, swiftly addressing any concerns with my safe and shower. The location was ideal for downtown adventures and sports events, although some noise disturbances were a downside. The dining options were fantastic but at an additional cost. Overall, it was a great value for money.
The hotel's rooms are nicely set up for lounging but are on the small side. The service is a mix of being unfriendly and extremely nice. The location is great for exploring during the day but not as conducive for nighttime strolls. The dining experience is comically poor for the prices charged, and unfortunately an additional cost. Overall, the stay was saved by the connected sky-walks and the helpful staff.
The hotel rooms were a nice size for the two of us, although not as nice as expected. The room had a slight smoke smell but was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was mostly pleasant but seemed a bit irritated when we asked for directions, yet very helpful in guiding us around the Great Hall. The location was excellent, especially for accessing various buildings through sky-walks, but a bit lacking in nearby attractions. The dining options were a mix; the breakfast was overpriced and of poor quality, yet the other meals were reasonably priced with attractive buffet displays. Overall, the hotel provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.
